Granulated Iron Powder are formulated to be compounded with polymers, typically PLA, up to 75wt.%, in a filament extruder to produce filaments with high concentrated metal content for 3D printing

Once compounded and printed, the organic binder can be removed in a bath of water before sintering in furnace to completely remove the polymeric part.
